KOLBIENSDALUR IS A VALLEY THAT IS 30 KM. LONG AND ABOUT 2 KM.WIDE.
IN THE SUMMER IT IS HOME TO ALMOST 1,000 MARES AND FOALS, RUNNING FREE.
This is our herd of riding horses and remounts being pushed to the corral where we'll pick out our horses for the first leg of the day's ride.
