High north - 300 Km north of the Polar Circle

- the wild life area around Kangerlussuaq
- and Ilulissat - the "Town of the Icebergs"
Kangerlussuaq - Two day stay makes it possible to join an arctic musk oxen & reindeer safari (and maybe a round of golf). Wander around the Fossil Plain or around the surrounding hills.

Ilulissat - Most of the time on this tour is in this modern town north of the Polar Circle where traces of 4000 years old Inuit settlements are still to be found. Illulisat is halfway up Disko Bay with its enormous ice flow and calving glacier. Rasmussen's home is now a museum. A lot of good day hiking possible.

Copenhagen - Our price includes routing through, and two overnights, in this great city and you can opt for extending your stay for more time to explore.

The Arctic Hotel is on the outskirts of town with some rooms (listed as Superior in the chart) facing the glacier.

White Falcon (Hvide Falk) Hotel is in town center pretty much at bayside.
